The benefits of owning a Canon IXUS 180
In the summer I purchased a Canon IXUS 180 from Curry’s because I wanted a light camera to use for making YouTube videos.
I originally wanted the Canon G7X, but for a newbie vlogger, I thought that over £500 was a lot of money to spend, so my dad and his mate persuaded me to buy the Canon IXUS 180.
The camera isn’t the right camera for my purpose of vlogging.
However, it does take good photos and videos and is lighter than carrying my SLR Pentax K50 around.

One of the best things about this camera is the fact that it comes in red, black and blue.
Not only is this camera a reasonable price, but it’s also very stylish, and you don’t have to go for a standard black camera.

This camera would be great if it had a flip screen or a front-facing camera, so I can see myself when I’m vlogging.
The Canon G7X is still a bit expensive, so I’m currently looking out for cheaper alternatives during the Black Friday sale.
